Yesterday October 17th was my birthday, another lap around the sun. Aka the anniversary of my soul choosing to reside in the flesh puppet that is Fox.

I often remind myself of the truth that we only get one shot as the characters we came to earth as.

I believe our souls and energy are eternal, yet, the human expression we are living is limited.

Reminding myself of this makes me value this life soo very much. You only get one shot as you, you may come back and live again as a human, but not as the person you are now, this is your one gameplay as this character, as this human and you don’t get to do this again.

When you really understand this and accept that your life is finite yet infinite, you experience a freedom that I can best be described as giving less of a f*ck about what everyone else thinks you ‘should’ do with your life and you find immense value and gratitude in every blessing that you’ve been given.

I hope that you think about your death and contemplate your limited time on this earth, because if you do you will experience so much more life.

Because my friend you only get one shot at being you, this is no dress rehearsal, this is the show, you are on the stage and you are the director, the scriptwriter and the actor all at once- so make it an unforgettable show. ✨

Here’s a simple exercise from @mindspo that can shift your life in minutes. Get out your journal or a piece of paper and split the page into two lists. At the top of one side label it - ‘Energy givers’ 💕 And then write a list of people and things that leave you feeling inspired, full, happy and in alignment. On the opposite side write a list of ‘Energy drainers’ the people and things that drain your energy, your time, your focus and suck you dry.

Then ask yourself what can I do within my control to feed my energy givers and starve my energy drainers.

Then take action - and remember, what you focus on expands!

Your past made you who you are today.

Your past was the gateway to your present.

It tells a story, of who you’ve been, and how you have become the person you are right now.

Staying here at @mykonos_princess after running my retreat has made me reflect a lot. It made me reflect on who I was the last time I was at this beautiful spot in the world and who I am now that I have returned.🇬🇷

I feel that coming back I’ve connected with parts of myself that I had lost. The version of me that loves taking photos in fancy outfits at sunset, the part of me that loves the finer things in life and boujee experiences, and the part of me that loves travel, and wants to see more of the world. ✈️✨🦋

Sometimes it takes coming back to somewhere we’ve been in the past to reconnect with who we are and love parts of ourselves that we have ignored.

Just because you've changed as a person doesn't mean you have to change or outgrow everything. You can be spiritual and still love luxurious things. You can be altruistic, but at the same time focus on yourself.

You deserve a big life, a beautiful life. A life filled with things that make you happy and help you expand. ✨

Things have been a lot lately, behind the scenes of pretty Instagram photos there's a lot of work, late nights and long travel that's been going on and as a couple who live, work and travel full time together it can catch up on you.
